2.3 AI Training Data Collection (CRITICAL DISCLOSURE)

Auto Princess actively collects and processes user-submitted media and sensor data for artificial intelligence and machine learning purposes, including:

• Audio recordings (e.g., engine sounds, abnormal noises)
• Derived metadata (timestamps, device type, usage context)

This data may be:

• Stored in raw form

3. AI AND MACHINE LEARNING DATA USAGE

3.1 Purpose of AI Data Processing

Your submitted data is used for:

• Training and improving AI diagnostic models

• Improving accuracy of fault detection and classification

3.2 Legal and Commercial Rights Over AI Data

By submitting any image, audio, or diagnostic input, you grant Auto Princess an unrestricted license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and process such data
• Create derivative works (including trained AI models)
• Use data for commercial, research, and product development purposes

This license is:

• Worldwide
• Perpetual (no expiry)
• Irrevocable
• Royalty-free

3.3 Irreversibility Clause (VERY IMPORTANT)

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Once your data has been used in AI model training, it cannot be extracted, removed, or deleted from trained models
• Even if you delete your account, previously processed or transformed data may continue to exist in:

• Aggregated datasets
• Trained neural network weights
• Derived statistical representations

4. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

Auto Princess does NOT intentionally collect or store:

• Insurance documents
• Driving licences
• Passport or identity documents
• Bank account or financial credentials

Any such data remains external and is not stored within our systems, even if referenced within user workflows.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data strictly for operational, analytical, and legal purposes, including:

• Providing diagnostics and AI-based insights
• Managing your account and service records
• Improving Software performance and features
• Training and refining AI systems

Important Limitation

Data already incorporated into AI models cannot be deleted retroactively.
