AUTO PRINCESS - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You will use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (CRITICAL CLAUSE)

Auto Princess provides:

• AI-powered vehicle diagnostics
• AR-based visual analysis
• Audio-based vehicle fault detection
• OBD-II data interpretation
• Vehicle maintenance tracking

2.1 No Professional Advice

The Software does NOT provide:

• Mechanical advice
• Engineering certification
• Safety guarantees

All outputs are informational, probabilistic, and non-binding.

You must not rely solely on the Software for:

• Vehicle safety decisions
• Repairs or maintenance
• Purchase decisions

3. AI SYSTEM DISCLAIMER (HIGH IMPORTANCE)

You expressly acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect
• The Software may fail to detect faults or misidentify issues
• Vehicle conditions may change in real-time and are not fully captured

Auto Princess makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Completeness

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Use the Software responsibly and at your own risk
• Verify all diagnostics with a qualified professional
• Ensure safe use of the app while operating a vehicle

STRICT PROHIBITION

You must NOT:

• Use the app while driving in a dangerous or unlawful manner
• Rely on AI outputs in emergency situations
• Use the Software for safety-critical decisions

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & AI LICENSE

5.1 Content Covered

Includes:

• Images
• Audio recordings
• Diagnostic inputs
• Vehicle data
• Any content uploaded or generated within the app

5.2 License Grant (CRITICAL CLAUSE)

By submitting content, you grant Auto Princess a:

• Worldwide
• Perpetual
• Irrevocable
• Royalty-free
• Sublicensable

license to:

• Use, process, modify, reproduce, and distribute content
• Train, develop, and improve AI models
• Create derivative works and datasets

5.3 AI Model Ownership

All AI models, datasets, and outputs derived from user data are exclusive intellectual property of Auto Princess.

Users retain ownership of raw content but not derived AI assets.

5.4 Irreversibility of AI Training

You acknowledge:

• Data used in AI training cannot be removed from trained models
• Deleting your account does not affect previously trained systems

6. OBD-II & VEHICLE DATA DISCLAIMER

Auto Princess integrates with third-party OBD-II devices.

You acknowledge:

• Data accuracy depends on hardware quality and vehicle compatibility
• Not all vehicles support all data parameters
• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect

Auto Princess is not liable for:

• Incorrect readings
• Missed faults
• Hardware-related issues

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CRITICAL SECTION)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Princess shall NOT be liable for:

• Vehicle damage
• Financial loss
• Personal injury
• Incorrect diagnostics
• Missed or undetected faults
• Decisions made based on AI outputs

7.1 Liability Cap

Total liability is limited to:

• The amount paid by you in the past 12 months, OR
• GBP 0 (if using a free version)

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Princess from:

• Claims arising from misuse of the Software
• Reliance on AI outputs
• Violation of these Terms
• Third-party disputes

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Software are owned by Auto Princess, including:

• Source code
• AI systems and models
• UI/UX design
• Algorithms and architecture

You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, or resell any part
• Reverse engineer or extract models
• Attempt to replicate the system

10. DATA & PRIVACY

Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Software, you acknowledge:

• AI training use of submitted data
• Data retention policies
• International data transfers

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access
• Remove content

At our sole discretion, including for:

• Violation of Terms
• Suspected misuse
• Legal compliance

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or vehicles

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Software may rely on:

• Cloud providers
• AI providers
• Payment processors

We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then through binding arbitration in London, UK.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
